Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Advance Notice for Cancellation

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly due to family emergencies, health issues, or train/flight rescheduling. If you need to cancel or postpone your booking, please notify us as early as possible by calling 08381078583.

2. Cancellation Charges

• Cancellation 12+ hours prior to pickup: Zero cancellation fee. Any token advance is fully refunded or adjusted toward your rescheduled trip date.
• Cancellation within 4 to 12 hours of pickup: A nominal processing fee may be retained to compensate the assigned driver.
• Cancellation after the driver has dispatched/reached the pickup address: Base dispatch conveyance charges apply.

3. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed promptly within 24 to 48 hours via UPI, bank transfer, or original payment method. For any assistance, reach out to 08381078583.
