1. Booking Confirmation & Rates

Cab bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement of vehicle type, pickup date/time, and journey fare. Fares are communicated transparently before the trip starts. Any state toll taxes, parking fees, and interstate permit charges are charged as agreed during booking.

2. Punctuality & Waiting Policy

Passengers are requested to be ready at their designated pickup point at the confirmed departure time. In outstation round-trip tours, driver waiting times during darshan and sightseeing are included as per the agreed package itinerary.

3. Vehicle Cleanliness & Safety

Smoking, alcohol consumption, and carrying hazardous materials inside the cab are strictly prohibited under Maharashtra motor vehicle guidelines. Passengers are expected to cooperate in maintaining vehicle cleanliness.

4. Unforeseen Events (Force Majeure)

Mahakal Cab Service is not liable for travel delays caused by unavoidable circumstances such as severe traffic jams, heavy monsoon landslides, sudden road closures, or adverse weather conditions, though we will always endeavor to find safe alternative routes.
